Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone to notify you of the situation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items you order. The weight of an item can be found on its product detail page. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For express shipping, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after processing. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, strikes, or customs delays).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Duties and Taxes

All duties, taxes, and customs fees related to your order are covered by us. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon receipt of your items. No extra fees will be charged beyond what you have already paid at checkout.

Damages

Insigne is responsible for any damage or loss of products during shipping. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive damaged goods, contact our customer support team at contact@insigneart.com. Please provide an image of the damaged item and packaging.

Do not report any damages after the item has been used, mounted, or altered, as it will no longer be in its original condition and cannot be resold. In such cases, we will not issue a refund.

Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item until the claim has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as our fulfillment process is automated. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us at contact@insigneart.com within 24 hours.

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, you have the following options:

  • A refund of 50% of the total order value.
  • Reshipment of the item, at your expense for the reshipping charges.

Return Shipping

You can return new, unused items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a solution based on your preference. You may receive a full refund or a replacement item. We will cover all return shipping costs in this case. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Voluntary Returns (e.g., change of mind or ordering the wrong item): If the return is due to a customer error (such as choosing the wrong item, size, or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, even for products shipped with free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the initial shipping costs we incurred for sending the item to you from your refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to return the item in its original packaging.
  • Missing parts or accessories of the product.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming a custom order.

How to Return Your Product

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@insigneart.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions if applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
