Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

General Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason. In such cases, we will refund the product price in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If your order included paid shipping, standard outbound shipping costs may be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery method offered by us are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and provide a full refund or replacement, including covering any return shipping costs where applicable.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued regardless of the item's packaging or usage, provided it was not intentionally damaged.

Shipping Costs

For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For voluntary returns, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, the buyer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply under the following circumstances:

The returned item is missing parts or accessories.

The item is not returned in its original packaging, resulting in a reduction in its resale value. In such cases, the corresponding cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, including special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Easy Returns with Our Online Return System

Thanks to our strong return shipping agreements with leading carriers, we have made the return process simple, fast, and highly cost-effective for our customers.

To start a return, please click on the relevant return link. On the page that opens, enter your order number and the email address used when placing your order, then click the “Create Return” button to initiate the process.

You will be asked to complete the required fields, such as the reason for return and the product(s) you wish to return. After selecting your preferred return shipping carrier, your return request will be submitted to us for review.

Once your request is approved, you will be guided to a secure payment step where you can easily complete the return shipping fee payment using your credit card. After the payment is completed, our system will automatically generate and provide you with a return shipping label.

Return-After-Notice Timing

After your return request has been submitted and the return shipping label has been provided, the item(s) should be handed over to the selected shipping company within 3 business days. This helps ensure that the return shipping label remains valid, the return process is completed without delay, and the returned item(s) can be tracked properly.

This operational timing requirement does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please print the return shipping label and attach it securely to your package. Then, simply take the package to the designated address of the shipping carrier you selected and hand it over for shipment.

After your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed and issued back to the original payment method used for your order.
