Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to unexpected events, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you about the process.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time with standard shipping is 2-5 business days after your order has been processed (5-14 business days for Australia). Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Duties and Taxes
All the duties and taxes will be applied to your order at checkout.
Insigne is liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If there is any damage on product box while you are receiving your product, please refuse accepting it and contact us immediately. Otherwise any defection claim because of transport can not be accepted.
When you receive your order please inspect your item for any damage. If you received your order damaged, file a claim with shipment carrier at the moment of delivery and please contact with our customer support (email@example.com) and provide us the image of the defect and the packaging boxes. Please do not inform any damages with the item after hanging it to the wall. In this case, since the product will no longer be in its original condition and will not be resellable, we cannot fully refund your purchase.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our fullfilment operation is fully automated that you have to check the shipping address before you placed your order. If you want to change your shipping address after you placed your order you have to contact us via (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours.
If you cannot receive your order due to the wrong information:
You may be refunded %75 of the total amount
You may have your item reshiped by paying the reshipping costs.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
You will get full refund if the item has problems regarding quality such as scratches on the print or cracked glass and in case you received wrong item. In order to get full refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as it is received.
Under some ciscumstances you may get partial refunds such as:
Failure returning the item in its original package
Failure returning all parts of the product
Custom orders cannot be cancelled nor can be returned.
